After every session, we encourage you to rate your trainer. You can also provide comments, which remain anonymous to your trainer. We use your feedback to coach our trainers to improve the Whoosh experience they deliver. Trainers work hard to keep their ratings high. Our Whoosh culture has no room for big ego’s and is built on strong personal accountability.

When you search for a Whoosh trainer, you’ll see their name, photo, a short bio and current star rating. You’ll be able to select your trainer in full knowledge of who they are and their training specialties.
Whoosh trainers are fully qualified personal trainers to Australian AQF standards. They’re also subject to a rigorous induction period and regular ongoing training, to ensure they meet our strict standards.
Whoosh trainers are required to undergo a thorough screening process, which includes work , qualifications and criminal history. All trainers are fully insured and members of Fitness Australia, the health & fitness industry association.
