Oat & Almond Milk Pancakes

Pancakes yes please!
It's one of the all time favourite breakfast treats, pancakes! And our Personal Trainer Rajendra has whipped up a super delicious (and healthy) version that you should try at home this coming weekend!
To top it off adding some fresh berries always packs an added punch to any weekend snazzy breakfast. So why not whip up something special for your other half or even just indulge in your own healthy treat filled yumminess!

Oat Pancakes
They are fluffy, naturally sweet and you can whip them up in a matter of minutes. Sounds good right? Well stop waiting and start whipping!
Ingredients
100g oat flour
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 apple smashed up
1 banana smashed up
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together.
In a fry pan on your stove top ensure that its moderately hot before you add your mixture.
Add a dash of oil, just enough to avoid any mixture sticking
Add about a standard cookie size of mixture to the middle of the frypan (it will even out into a bigger circle)
Wait until you see bubbles starting to form on the surface of the mixture. When you see this flip the pancake and cook for an extra 30seconds-1min.
