You’ve woken up late, you’re stressed about getting out of the house quickly.  Although your stomach is grumbling from hunger and you just need something quick and simple to get you moving for the day ahead.  Well look no further than this awesome quick smoothie.  It’s wholesome, healthy and filling.

Most aussies are not getting anywhere near enough vegetables and fruit into their diets.  By enjoying a quick breakfast smoothie you are getting goodness from fresh foods straight into your body which is a great thing!

5 Simple Ingredients

You really don’t need many ingredients to make yourself a quick healthy start to the day.  You’ll never see us creating snacks or meals with long lists of required ingredients.  You also won’t have to spend hours in the kitchen creating healthy meals.  Quick, simple and nutrient filled is what we go for.  I mean, you may as well get the biggest bang for your buck yeah?

In today’s life, time seems to be the word everyone keeps bringing up as the reason why they can’t get something done.  So it’s our aim to help you by creating quick and easy meals which means you can have more time back in your life to do the things you love.

Just blend everything together!

It really is that simple.  Get your 5 ingredients, throw them all into a blender cup and get the process going.  I tend to finding blending quite a therapeutic part of my morning.  (I know that may seem weird to most of you).  But if you’re like me, blitzing and whizzing food up makes me feel like it zaps any stress or frustration I may have out of my body.

Give it a try yourself.  If there is something aggravating you, throw your ingredients in and blend away your frustration.  I can guarantee you’ll feel 100 times better in no time lol.

As we mentioned before it will take you less then 5mins to make and drink this little beauty.

1 x Banana

1.5 x cups of spinach (or Kale if you prefer)

1-1.5 cups of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

2 x tbsp peanut butter

1/2 x tsp ground cinnamon

*You may add ice if you want a runnier consistency however we enjoy this one being a little more creamy.

So there you have it.  It’s quick, simple and easy and will have you on your way to enjoying a really good energised day!
