1 x cup unsweetened almond milk

2 x tbsp peanut butter

1 x banana

1 x tsp cacao powder

Your fav selection of nuts, seeds or berries to add to the top.

(If you want a lower calorie version you could use a peanut butter flavoured protein powder instead of the cacao powder and peanut butter)
