1 Serving = Calories 308 | Protein 8.5g | Carbs 58.7g | Fat 4.5g


60g Oats

1/4 Pear

1/2 cup Blueberries

Shake of Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Mix altogether and rest overnight.  You can heat it up or enjoy as a cold fresh start to the day!
