Great Tasting Smoothie Combo

Dull boring breakfast’s can be a thing of the past thanks to these awesome great tasting smoothies.  They don’t need to be hard nor do they need to take ages to prepare.  As you can see from our below ingredient photo we have awesome fresh foods ready to prepare a couple of great tasting smoothies.

That’s right!  Every time you use an excuse as to why you can’t eat a good nutritious breakfast you are just letting yourself down.  Starting your day without fresh foods or a good balanced breakfast you could be setting yourself up for failure.  Skipping breakfast can leave you feeling hungry and cause a binge eating episode at lunchtime.  This means you’re usually craving foods that are high in fat or sugar.

Don’t you think it’s time to enjoy great tasting food?

These 2 smoothies are not only low in calories but they will help to give you huge amounts of required nutrients to allow your body to function at full output.  If you’re going to have a smoothie why not enjoy what your consuming?  Today we are creating you 2 awesome smoothies.  One we call our Mango Magic and the other is a Peach n Cream.  How great do they sound? Well we are going to let you in on a little secret… shhhh don’t tell anyone, but they tasting really really great!

Cal 235 | Fat 11 | Fiber 5 | Protein 7 | Carbs 29

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2-1 cup mango

1/2 tsp flaked coconut

 

Peach n Cream (on right)

Cal 331 | Fat 4 | Fiber 5 | Protein 29 | Carbs 46

1 cup peach slices

1 cup greek plain yoghurt

1/4 cup oats

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
