It's that time of year when we feel that first hint of a warm summer breeze through the air. We can feel the seasons changing and scarily it means December really isn't that far away. With December comes the feelings of social events maybe cursed with anxiety about how you're feeling and looking. This warm wind reminds us however of laying on the beach enjoying a nice cocktail or running and jumping into the ocean to cool off.
So we thought it only fitting to swing this feeling into a healthy drink choice for you to try out. We've had a few clients of late express their frustration that so many smoothies always contain banana and they just aren't banana lovers. So we are shelling out the love with a completely banana free smoothie recipe.

It's also the time of year that our eating and drinking health can be thrown out the window. Even thinking back to our thought of the beach and cocktails. These thoughts will most definitely stall your body goals. So we wanted to create something refreshing, tasty and enjoyable without all the junk associated with the social period of the year arriving.
Adding to this it needed to be quick and simple. Quick enough that if you're running late you can spare 3mins to make yourself a healthy breakfast to start the day and simple enough that you don't need to stock the fridge full of 20 ingredients to get the job done. 1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Coconut Water
